Follow the A96 east towards Forres. Shortly before Forres, take the left turning signposted Broom of Moy/Culbin. Cross the railway bridge and immediately turn right for Broom of Moy/Kintessack. Continue, following the road down and around the right-hand bend. Take the first turning on your right signed Broom of Moy (dead end). Follow the road, and before you reach the village you'll see The Paddock on your left. There are signs and drop-off spaces for three cars in front of the gate (reverse in, please).

Drop-off is available by our gate. This is reverse parking only, and only for drop-off/pick-up. It's imperative that we don't block the road for other users, and that no one reverses out onto a 60 mph road. If the drop-off area is full, please drive carefully into the village and park in one of the areas highlighted on the map — the village green or the area in front of the bothy buildings. You can park here and walk to the gate, or wait for a drop-off space to become available. Please be considerate of our residential neighbours and do not block roads or gateways. Thank you!
